Sarada mandir is the senior school building. But
its not only a school building, but its a place where every
students (from class 8-10) resides for the most of the daytime.
As the name suggests, its a temple for building one's life, be it
academic or moral. The students come
here just after their lunch is taken and assemble in the premises
of the building. Vedic mantra is chanted as well as the national
anthem and vidyapith anthem(on alternate days) are sang. This
assembly ends with a pledge. No need to say that all the students
take part in these.
Next the boys enter their respective classrooms.
The school starts........This is not everything . This school
building designed by the well known sculptor and architecture
Sunil Pal is one of the best school buildings of India. Its well
designed airy and spacy rooms and corridors makes the best
academic environment. This building has also arrangements for a
video library, which contains a good collection of educational video
cassettes; a well-equipped reading room, where the students get
the oppurtunity of reading books of various languages on
different topics by eminent authors. There is a well-maintained
computer-room, here the students are able to learn about the most
modern gifts of science during their computer classes. There are
3 laboratories for physics,chemistry, and biology departments.
These are equipped with uptodate lab equipments. There is a
science museum which is opened for the students as well as the
outsiders during th Exihibition Period. The premises of the
building is set to a picturesque view with great decorations of
regularly maintained flowerbeds and plants.
A few words about the respected teachers: - The teachers are the inseparable part of the Vidyapith. All of them are dedicated to the cause of the students. Except a few most of them live inside the Vidyapith premises ( in Gurupalli ). Some monastic members of Vidyapith also take regular classes.
